  • Current Cash Value – the dollar amount the bond is worth for the entire month.

  • Current Rate of Interest Being Earned – the rate of interest the bond is presently earning.

  • Next Interest Posting Date – the date on which interest $ is to be added to the bond.

  • Months/Years Until Interest Stops – the amount of time until the bond reaches its full maturity value.

  • Total Interest $ Earned To-Date – the amount of interest posted so far for this bond.

  • Average Rate of Interest since issued – the historical average of the bond’s past interest rates.

  • Age of Bond in Months/Years – how old the bond is since its issue date.

Adding a bond to a portfolio is made easy with the Bond Manager 2000. The user selects the portfolio they wish to add bonds to, then enters the series, denomination & issue date. That’s it! Other optional information the user may include in case the bonds are ever lost: social security number, name on the bond, serial number, co-owner or beneficiary info & a memo for personal use. All the financial bond information neatly stored in one place!
