- Complete a quick, easy and secure on-line application to request the Treasury Department to search for and replace
an unlimited number of U.S. Savings Bonds (or cash equivalent) that were lost, stolen or
destroyed.
- A trained Savings Bond Consultant will review your application and make any suggestions or comments as needed. We will mail your application to you via First Class
mail.
- All you need to do is take the application to have your signature notarized and mail the completed application in the pre-addressed envelope that will be provided.
- The government will check to see if they have your bonds on record. You will receive a letter OR your replacement bonds OR their cash equivalent via return mail.
