UPDATE for The Bond Manager 2000: May 2003

If you own the Bond Manager 2000 program and your subscription is current, you are entitled to a free update effective May, 2003.

Depending upon your subscription date, these tables are good through October 31th 2003.

In order to install this latest update you will need to follow the instructions below. You may want to print out this page for future reference and the installation procedure. We strongly suggest that you make a backup of your files before proceeding with this, or any other update.

To install the update:
Click on "Free Tables" located just below these intructions. Please be patient it is a large file!

A "File Download" window (similar to the one below) will appear and say that "You have chosen to download a file from this location". It will also ask you "What would you like to do with this file?". Please click on "Run this program from its current location." and click "OK"

Select "Run this program from its current location"

The program will then start to capture data from the Web and depending upon the speed of your internet connection, could take some time, so please be patient.

Finally, the Update program, containing all the data files will appear on the screen, simply click on "Extract" to begin updating your system. If by chance, you installed the software into a different program location, choose "Browse" to find the proper folder. However, if you did not make any changes to the program during installation, the program should load properly.

That's it, your done.

Verifying your subscription date:

To check your subscription date, launch the Bond Manager 2000 program and click on Help...About the Savings Bond Consultant then click on the "Program Information" tab. Current subscription iis good through.... will tell you your specific subscription date.

Backing up your Savings Bond Data:

In order to back up the Savings Bond data, start the Bond Manager 200 program. When you get to the first screen that shows a summary of your information, click on "File" then select "Backup/Restore" and follow the instructions on the screen.
